DAVID THIEN CHEE KONG (GENERAL MANAGER)

David has over 30 years working experience in the Agriculture Industry. After completing his Bachelor of Science Degree (majoring in General Agriculture and Agribusiness Economics) from the Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, USA, he joined Bal Plantation Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of Commonwealth Development Corporation) in Sabah, East Malaysia as a Plantation Manager.

During his time with the company he acquired practical experience in planting and replanting of a wide range of crops, especially those related to corn, soybean, palm oil, cocoa, coconut and rubber. This is where he also learnt the various types of soil and fertilizers usage for the crops.

In August 1995, David moved to Hong Kong and 1997 he joined a commodity trading company, a subsidiary of Lei Shing Hong Limited - listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

He developed the fertilizer section and was instrumental in securing the sole distribution rights to market Ammonium Sulphate Caprolactam grade to Malaysia. In 2002-2003 he was responsible in helping the company export some 100,000 metric tons of Ammonium Sulphate to Malaysia and also achieved a total export tonnage of more than 300,000 metric tons of fertilizers and chemicals to other buyers.

David has good contacts in the fertilizer and commodity industry and is happy to assist clients in their requirements.

JENNY LO SIEW KIAH(DIRECTOR)

Jenny is responsible for the company’s administration and financial system. She has over 25 years experience in secretarial and company administration work.

She has worked for companies in Malaysia and Hong Kong and is familiar with all aspects of office accounting and administration.

As office manager she oversees the daily operation of the office and general supervision of office staff and export documentations.
